Caribbean Rum Fruit Cake

Traditional dessert in the Caribbean, made fresh to order. Served at nearly every celebration. A 'Must Have' at Christmas and Easter.

This tantalising Caribbean Black Fruit Rum Cake is made with fruits soaked in Wray & Nephew Overproof  White Rum and Jamaican Red Label Wine. It is a unique combination of rich fruit flavours enhanced with rum. Enjoy a truly delicious dessert that will tantalise your taste buds.

More rum is applied to the cake after it is baked. You can choose the strength of the rum by adding a note to your order. Add a personalised note as the perfect gift for any occasion. 

The alcohol preserves the cake. It will last for 1 week at room temperature, and 2 months if kept wrapped and refrigerated in an airtight container. Alternatively, 6 months if frozen. Always serve your cake at room temperature.

Wheat Flour (GLUTEN), Sugar, Raisins, Sultanas, Currants, Prunes, Orange peel, Lemon peel, Glacé Cherries, Molasses, Butter, EGG, Browning, Lime juice, Wray & Nephew Overproof white rum, Jamaican Red Label wine, Bacardi dark rum, Raising agents, Vanilla extract, Almond extract, Mixed spices.

Orders placed by 12pm Tuesday will be dispatched on Wednesday for delivery Thursday. Orders placed by 12pm Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday (excluding bank holidays when they will dispatch on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday).
