Every item is freshly prepared to order, in my registered home kitchen to ensure that you receive the highest standards of quality that will transport you to the vibrant streets of the Caribbean. 

Born and raised on the beautiful island of Sint Maarten, I take pride in our Caribbean delicacies. My famous Rum Fruit Cake and Sorrel Fruit Cake are the stars of the menu. These unique cakes are made with rich fruit flavours and infused with either rum or sorrel juice, creating a delightful and unforgettable taste sensation for any celebration or special occasion.
