Thank you very much the cake came today on the birthday. Firstly I love the red colour of the cake from the sorrel. Lovely and moist and tastes good. It reminds me of a fruit potato pudding. I will look to be ordering again.

We had purchased Mellisa's Caribbean Rum Cake for a family gathering during Christmas, but unfortunately, we had to cancel the event. However, the gathering finally took place yesterday, and the cake was a great success. We followed the enclosed instructions and kept it in the fridge, and after a period of slightly over three weeks, the cake was still moist, delicious, and light. The punch of rum was definitely the icing on the cake.

I’m a cake lover and especially love rum cake. My cake was so delicious. Texture, density, consistency, flavour. Classic Caribbean Christmas cake. Save yourself the hassle of trying to find a baker and order from here. Arrived the next day in great condition. Amazing customer.
